How to tampon with TAZi™

Prepare
Give your hands a good wash. Hold your TAZi™ at the top in the curve of your thumb and forefinger.
Grip
Open your tampon and pop it in the TAZi™ applicator, ensuring the string is hanging outside. Load it by pushing up from the base to cover your finger.
Position
Get comfy. Sit on the toilet. Squat. Stand with one leg up. Whatever works for you.
Insert
Position your TAZi™ at the entrance of your vagina and gently push the tampon inside. Gliding to the curve of your unique body – you will be able to feel when the tampon is correctly placed inside you.
Release
Is the applicator fully inserted? Good. As you pull your finger out, gently pinch the TAZI™ base with your thumb. The tampon will remain inside, the string will hang outside your labia, and Tazi™ will stay on your finger.
Finish
1. Rinse or wipe the applicator to remove any fluids, then dry it.
2. Seal the product with its lid.
