“I’ll never forget the pivotal moment that changed everything for me. I was in a boardroom, about to present, having just returned from the restroom where I replaced my tampon and washed my hands. As I stood to speak, I noticed blood still under my fingernails—despite washing them thoroughly.
The room seemed to freeze as everyone noticed my discomfort. It was an overwhelming and deeply human moment—like a waterfall crashing over me—forcing me to confront the reality that what we, as women, have been doing for generations is not just inconvenient; it’s inadequate.
When it comes to avoiding contamination, our options are frustratingly limited. If we want to keep the tampon clean and untouched by the bacteria on our hands—bacteria picked up from the many surfaces we interact with in a bathroom—the only choice is a hard applicator. But if we opt for a smaller, digital tampon, it’s practically impossible to insert it without using our fingers, which inevitably get covered in blood.”

Who runs the world? Girls. The women on our team have been kicking goals for global brands for over 30 years. And now we’re putting all of this knowledge into making products that empower women.
Our team believe in the right of females to be able to put into their bodies whatever they choose in whichever form and not be restricted by devices that were invented decades ago. For too long, vagina owners have been limited to only two options: using their fingers, which can lead to messiness and potential disruption of their vaginal pH, or relying on rigid plastic or cardboard applicators that don’t bend to the body’s natural shape.
